Welcome to the Mirathelle store. Please read these terms carefully before buying. By using this website and placing an order, you accept the points below.

1. Product Information and Liability

The products sold by Mirathelle are intended for the purposes described on this website.

• Use: Products must be used in line with the descriptions on this website, the information on the packaging and the enclosed instructions.
• Limitation of liability: We accept no liability for damage arising from improper use, incorrect assembly, incorrect storage or lack of maintenance. Where the nature of a product calls for it (for example products relating to health), our products do not replace professional advice.
• Characteristics and effectiveness: While every product is chosen with the greatest care, certain subjective factors — individual preference, interest, or a specific degree of effectiveness — cannot be guaranteed in full. Images on the website are illustrative; the colour or packaging of the actual product may differ slightly.

2. Orders, Payment and Prices

• Prices are shown in the currency displayed for the relevant market and include value added tax unless stated otherwise.
• You will see the final price at checkout, including shipping, before you confirm your order.
• We reserve the right to reject an order in the event of a stock shortage, an obvious technical error (for example a zero price) or another unforeseeable obstacle. Where payment has already been taken, we refund it without delay.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Expected delivery time depends on the selected region and the logistics partner. The times given are indicative.
• Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight of the parcel and the delivery address.
• For international orders, any customs charges, import taxes or other local duties are borne by the customer.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — graphics, descriptions, logos, images and software, in particular the product-specific visual material — is the intellectual property of Mirathelle or is used under licence. Copying, modifying, reusing or distributing it commercially without permission carries legal consequences.

5. Right of Withdrawal, Governing Law and Disputes

• Right of withdrawal. Consumers have 14 days from receipt of the product to withdraw without giving a reason. Certain product categories may be excluded — for example sealed hygiene products once opened.
• Governing law. This contract is governed by Hungarian law. This does not, however, deprive the consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which they habitually reside. If you live elsewhere in the European Union, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of that country continue to apply to you.
• Disputes. If you have a complaint, please contact us directly first. A consumer may also turn to the consumer dispute resolution body in their place of residence, or to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. A consumer may also bring proceedings before the courts of their own place of residence.
• Severability. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force unchanged.
